Mommy Connections
Mommy Connections offers a village for expectant and new mothers & babies to come together for support and socialization while learning about topics important to them.
Through this program, I offer nutrition support for pre- and post-natal moms. As a mom of three kids, I understand firsthand the challenges that new mothers experience. My goal is to offer practical advice and resources for this mommy village.

Seniors United Now
Seniors United Now is a non-partisan, non-profit, Society that provides a venue for discussion and united actions on the needs, concerns and challenges that affect all Alberta Seniors
I will be speaking this year to two different chapters. I have also sponsored their AGM in the past.

Centre for Autism
The Centre for Autism Services Alberta is a non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children, teens, and young adults with autism.
This is another new partnership that I am very excited about. More info to come soon

Autism Alberta Family Resource Centres
Family Resource Centres (FRC) are Pan-Disability. These centres are located across Alberta to serve those with disabilities as well as their families and care providers.
As an ally of all persons with disabilities, I take great pride in my partnership with Autism Alberta to provide nutrition education sessions that are meaningful to the families served by FRCs across Alberta.

A MODERN, INVITING, MULTI-PURPOSE FACILITY WITH A GYMNASIUM, CAFÉ, FITNESS ROOM, TENNIS COURTS AND MUCH MORE… A COMMUNITY HUB WHERE PEOPLE 55+ CAN DROP IN AND CONNECT WITH OTHERS.
I am doing multiple talks at both this and the Strathcona site. I will also be writing blogs and creating content for them!
